Nicholas Tan is the Founder of NW Group and TSS & Co. He graduated from Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) and is a Chartered Accountant of Malaysia (CA(M)). He is also a Professional Business Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), and a Qualified Individual registered with ACRA, Singapore.

In addition, Nicholas is an Accredited Tax Practitioner with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) and a certified Accredited Trainer under HRD Corp Malaysia, reflecting his recognised expertise in taxation and professional development.

With more than a decade of experience in audit, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance, Nicholas began establishing corporate secretarial, tax advisory, and accounting practices within reputable mid-sized firms across Singapore and Malaysia in 2020. Over the years, he has advised SMEs across diverse industries, gaining extensive exposure to complex audit engagements, tax planning matters, financial reporting challenges, and internal control frameworks.

Nicholas is a Licensed Company Secretary under Section 235 of the Companies Act 2016 (Malaysia) and is engaged in public practice under Rule 9 of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (Membership and Council) Rules, 2001. He also holds an Employment Agency Licence issued by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM), enabling him to support businesses in workforce solutions alongside corporate advisory services.
